Experience

Petar has over thirty years experience in water, energy and land resource planning and management. He has extensive experience in demand management, resource utilization, strategic planning, policy development and review, and the negotiation, management and administration of water, energy and resource contracts.

Petar has provided consultancy services to 21 water corporations and companies in Australia and 5 overseas, for the development of the savewater® Efficiency Service, SA Water Efficiency Service and to the WA and SA Water Corporations for Development of both Domestic and Commercial, Institutional and Industrial Water Efficiency Programs and Services, outsourcing metro and country meter reading and meter replacement services.

He also provided economic evaluation and reports on alternative energy sources for the Water Corporation in the Pilbara and was instrumental in negotiations with various power suppliers for provision of energy.

Experience

Tristan has experience in across auditing, training and management. Currently he manages a team of seven Water Use Consultants serving the state government’s Schools Water Efficiency Program (SWEP). With over 200 audits completed, Tristan also provides a training role to WES.

Past experience includes evaluating water efficiency at shopping centres, hotels, office buildings and sports reserves. Tristan is also a competent mathematical and computer programmer, having applied his skills to the creation of analytical systems and databases at many of his jobs.

John has Project Managed numerous Information Technology and Telecommunications projects throughout Australia and New Zealand and combines his Project Management experience with strong customer service and relationship management skills. Senior Management roles he has previously held also provide him with extensive Business & Procedures Analysis and well developed business acumen.

Experience

Shu is experienced in the full Quality Management Cycle, from consultancy, scope and estimates through to resource management, vendor management, project/program management, business analysis, quality control, product Implementation, on-going maintenance, post implementation reviews and project close. He also has knowledge and experience in the implementation and improvement of processes using improvement activities such as Six Sigma.

Experience
Heath has provided water efficiency consultancy and management services for over 70 South Australian and Queensland businesses and organisations. Heath’s experience includes designing cooling, waste-heat recovery and process systems for the mining, manufacturing and power generation industries.

Heath has also provided design and process improvement support for the manufacture of communication and power distribution infrastructure.

Experience

Kieran Coupe has 5 years experience within water-related areas including environmental hydrology and water supply. Kieran has consulting experience in servicing a broad range of clients including government departments (local, state and federal), private enterprises (including land developers, property trusts etc), educational institutions and research bodies.

Kieran has extensive experience in the collection and management of data relating to water quality and quantity. He is conversant with many modern techniques for sensing and collecting water-related data, including various forms of telemetry and data transmission protocols.

Experience

Ian has five years experience in PV system design, commissioning and maintenance of PV systems up to 13kWp. In addition areas of focus have been the implementation of energy training, auditing, training resource production and maintenance training for users and operators of PV systems located in remote indigenous communities under the federally funded Bushlight program.  This project placed particular emphasis on training and involved consultation with both children and adults forming Bushlight’s highly successful “Community Energy Planning model”.

Experience

Justin has been involved in Renewable Energy Technology for the last 5 years. Having previously worked for the Department of Transport, Energy and Infrastructure Justin was involved in the installation of solar powered standalone emergency telephone systems throughout all major highways in South Australia. He was also involved in the installation, maintenance and commissioning of remote solar powered HF Radio communication equipment. Justin is accredited by the Clean Energy Council  to Design and Supervise grid-connected photovoltaic power systems.

Experience

In the 3 years with WES Slavko has been responsible for the management of over 300 Federal Environmental Grants and commercial and institutional operations throughout Western Australia. He developed specialised experience in commercial and institutional water efficiency and conservation and the project management of the supply and installation of water efficiency and conservation measures.

Slavko provides the team with good management expertise based on his previous experience in the West Australian Department of Health having worked as a senior medical laboratory scientist in all major public hospitals in Perth over a 17 year career.

Experience

Cameron Roberts is a qualified Chemical Engineer with 16 months experience auditing, evaluating and reporting on water use by commercial, industrial and institutional organisations. This is complemented by 9 years experience in managing complex engineering projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Cameron has worked with over 30 organisations in the area of water efficiency and re-use – with a focus on the Health Care sector.

Career highlights include identification and delivery of water savings totaling 15 percent for three of Melbourne’s Southern Health hospitals (payback 2 years) along with water efficiency projects at 20 other Hospitals.

Experience

Sean is a fully qualified electrician, with additional certification to carry out the inspection, testing, and verification electrical installations.  Sean has specialised in Solar PV grid connect systems, which saw involvement in the design and supervision of installations between 1kWp and 6kWp.

Sean has previous experience in design, supervision, installation and certification of more than 100 PV systems from small off grid systems to large industrial grid connect. His previous work has consisted of  performing periodic inspection of large installations,  the supervision of qualified electricians, and the live testing of  prospective fault currents  (Ipfc) of up to 10,000 Amperes.

Experience
30 years relevant experience in the Melbourne water industry. Managed Yarra Valley Water’s (YVW) trade waste group from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 was responsible for interaction with YVW’s major business clients managing all forms of client interaction with a focus on water conservation.

From 2002 to 2008 was the Manager Business Water Conservation (MgrBWC) and engaged major water users in state government programs including ‘Pathways to Sustainability’ and the more recent waterMAPs water conservation program.

Joint author of the Pathways to Sustainability’ Water Management Plan Information kit, adopted by the 3 Melbourne Retailers to manage this voluntary program, known as the TOP 200 Program. Also responsible for the project team that developed the web-base waterMAP system used by YVW and now being purchased by SEWL and Dept of Sustainability for roll out to all waterMAP customers in Victoria.

Both water conservation programs involved managing major water users to produce a water management plan with actions and engaging customers in water saving programs. Customer contact was via breakfast seminars, electronic newsletters and site visits all initiated and managed by the MgrBWC.

Experience in Project Managing the implementation of Business Systems solutions.  James has filled many roles encompassed by this process, including Business Analysis, Technical & Functional Specification, Process Integration, Database Development, Testing, Training, Analysis, Maintenance, Support and Database Administration.

James has been involved in this area with a variety of organisations, ranging from Small / Medium Enterprises to large Multi Nationals. Other strengths are in the area of business performance analysis. This involves the collection and reporting of business data, reporting results to management, defining business improvements, and implementing resultant process change.
